What is it?

It's Liverpool cathedral. It's known as Paddy's Wigwam.

Its the catholic cathedral known as paddys wigwam, there's two cathedrals, the church of england one which is liverpool cathedral and then there is the catholic cathedral which is known to the catholics as paddys wigwam cus of its diverse roof design.
