whirling dervish

Some guessing required at the end that I can't seem to figure out! I could use some help on the following:

Rows 10-15 from the left and then 6-11 from the top.

I have the rest of it figured out but am stuck on that box of squares.

Any help would be greatly appreciated so that I can go ahead and finish this puzzle!
