I don't know if this can be solved logically or not. I solved as much as possible using logic and then referred to the puzzle titled "Inverse swinub sprite" to guess the rest.

Wait, do you mean there is *any* part of this that can be solved through logic? I couldn't even find where to begin...

You can bruteforce the C1 with 2D logic, work on it for first 3 column, then brute force the top row. Afterwords it's a mix of guesswork and working out a circular-ish object.

Wait, forget my earlier comment. Just do the "Inverse swinub sprite" puzzle first, then use that puzzle to solve this one.

Managed it but pure guesswork.

Be careful using the other puzzle as a guide--the bottom 3 rows are different.
