Multiple answers, could not get correct one, any help please.

Not logical. it's a repeating pattern of 6 different 5x5 patterns on diagonals from upper left to lower right. there's a solid square, a hollow square, a diamond, an x, and a 3x3 solid square, not in that order.

If you are still struggling, the first row contains: 1) A full square, 2) Letter O, 3) Letter X, 4) A diamond and 5) A smaller square. From there on, you can follow a diagonal structure as LittlebitoCd has mentioned.
