raining

Wow, this isn't even remotely solvable.

Can someone provide some hints for solving? I keep trying a 'somewhat symmetrical' approach, but not getting anywhere.

It is basically a symmetrical cloud with two eyes, a nose, a sad face, and one odd raindrop in the face

best hint i can give without giving the solution is fill in r9c10, r10c10, r11c9, r11c11, r12c10

i think this should account for the only unsymmetrical part of the solution.

also another hint is that the rain drops follow the shape:

oxo
oxo
xox
oxo

where the x's are the filled boxes.

And also another five raindrops underneath the cloud.

(two more raindrops under clouds connected to 5's in R14)

Other cloud face hints:

Nose is a V shape made up of 3 squares, centre = C13 R10
Mouth = R12 C12-14.
