NOTE: this is a reattempt at my previous puzzle of the same name that was deemed "impossible". i added a border to help get started. this may still require a lot of guessing and temporaries and it is not symmetrical at all, due to the character's design. good luck!
Now make a square minus the corners with the 4s in r8,13 and c5,10. And add a 2x2 square at the centre.
