Correct me if I'm wrong...the picture on top looks like a little guy with an arrow pointing at his KNEE. The picture below it looks like a light that's turned ON. KNEE-ON. Think Vegas. ;)

I thought the arrow was pointing to a HEEL on a foot...so I was coming up with HEEL LIGHT! or Heel Idea? Ha ha LOL I must have been WAY off!! So, is the answer Knee-on (aka NEON)?! Or is it meant to be something else?! Still confused/stumped on this one!
Thanks for the answer! I, for one, was having a VERY hard time figuring this dingbat out. However, had I known it was a KNEE instead of a HEEL then I probably would have gotten MUCH closer to the correct answer than I was! Ah ha ha ha! LOL
Honestly, I think that I may have broken my BRAIN at the same time I broke my toe!! Quite possibly before that! I swear I lost it somewhere in this house....or maybe I packed it away, b/c I am just NOT as "on point" with these puzzles as I usually am! I'm even having a hard time completing some of the puzzles that I SHOULDN'T have ANY problem with! Stupid brain...I wish I could find it!! LOL.
