It?s safe to say that Luigi has high respect for Mario, despite perhaps being a bit jealous, but Mario likely respects him back as they?re brothers. Though they might be jealous of each other in different ways or might dislike each other in some ways, like Mario standing on Luigi?s foot in Mario Party, and several other point that can be seen in MattPat?s videos on YouTube about Mario, it tends to be normal for brothers to feel against each other sometimes, I do that all the time! But at the end of the day, they?ve saved each other many times so I?m sure he respects Luigi.
