Knowing that rows #9 to the bottom are symmetrical might help.

Once I got to the "inside" of the mouth it took me about 5 tries before I came to the correct setup. Not TOO bad (as far as having to guess) though. Nice puzzle. Thanks! ~:)

Rows 10-13 are almost entirely ambiguous, even with symmetry. put a pixel at the tip of each canine tooth, then draw the tongue.
