Shame on the kitty!! Nice, logical and cute puzzle! Thanks! ~:)
Having FIVE cats (and taking care of another FOUR temporarily...we seem to be the neighborhood "foster home" for pets) we can NEVER have fish! Every time we get one it gets eaten! Doesn't matter where we put it, if it has a LID or not, etc...they ALWAYS end up in one of the kitties tummies! I am lucky they haven't ever killed one of our hamsters or guinea pigs...which we DONT have any longer b/c the cats kept collapsing the cages and/or trying to get into them!
Lucky for us (and the small animals), they have a "Pet Pal" program at my kids school where every class has pets and every weekend one child is chosen to take that animal home and take care of it for the weekend. Some kids even get to take em for the whole summer vacation!! So now our hamster and two guinea pigs are part of that program and get TONS of love and attention! I think its a program ALL schools should have b/c it teaches kids responsibility, unconditional love and how to take care of a pet...plus it helps parents decide if a child is ready for a "full time" pet at THEIR home!!
