For those who don't want to spend 3 hours working this one out:

R1 4 and R19 3 both start on C11 and it's semi-symmetrical.

*not* very logical.

R12 is C2-10 and C13-24 inclusive
R13 is C1, C3, C5, C7-10, C14-22 and C25

It's basically a little devil with horns and wings.

If anyone can solve Mark's other 'It's raining' they deserve a crown.

A picross would be a logical puzzle. This isn't.
