Clue: Top 7 rows are symmetrical.

4S IN ROWS 3 and 15 start on bottom row - only completed through trialand error.

Lots of guessing neeeded but couldnt have done it without the clues thanks guys :)

Corrections: top 7 rows are symmetrical EXCEPT r3c3 is black; 4s in COLUMNS 3 and 15 start on bottom row. Also, the center bottom is a V shape downward connecting diagonally to the 4s.
