I didn't have to guess at all. But at one point it was tricky to continue. I had some white squares that helped me to narrow down the start of the 16 in col 4, when comparing it with the 4 right next to it, regarding the limited numbers in the rows (if anyone thinks this hint is helpful... but I don't want to spoil anything).
Wow! What a fantastic puzzle! Super difficult, but 100% logical! You just need to work with it through the process of elimination. I didn't need to guess once. Thanks for the challenge!
I did need to do some testing with temps, but no guessing. If you're not sure where to start, start working on where the 5 in the bottom row can't go on the left end, then the 8 in column 1, then the 11 in column 2, once I got those as established as I could, everything else flowed from 1D logic.
Thanks to @littlebitocd for getting me going! I'm certain I would have gotten there on my own, but I appreciated the jump start to my game this morning :)
Fantastic and really challenging.
Thanks
10/10.
