Deathgrips: If you need temporaries to solve a puzzle, then it is not logical. If you don't, it is logical. This puzzle is logical using 2D logic. Also, no need to play around with the "8" that you mention. The 2D logic required to solve it is based on the whereabouts of the 4 in row 1. No need to guess/use temporaries.
