pregnancy and love

No idea what to do after completing the right and left sides. Also found a heart I think on the middle left using the 5 across starting R11C3.

Please do some test runs before publishing, to many guesses required to solve.

Pure guessing :( SPOILER: Line R23/c11 - R20/c8 - R17/c8 - R12/c13 - R10/c11 - R8/c11 - R7/C12 - R1/c12. There´s a "right hand" R14/c8-9 + R15/c8. The rest shall be logical - or at least easily "guessable"... Hope it helps...

P.S.: I would like to ask Sparrow for some help with "Diagonal symmetry (1)" = http://www.hanjie-star.com/picross/diagonal-symmetry-1--9777.html (since he´s the only one who managed to complete it...).
