Ugh. Annoying, needs guessing.

Guessing, guessing, guessing... There´s a heart in the down-left corner, the rest can be guessed since the loudspeaker is really "loud".

Yikes. Tough one. Thanks for the hint, Joe Tramp. Couldn't finish without it.

Definitely, facing problem to solve this one. Even with hints I am not able to handle the corners beside the heart. Any additional hints, please?

The 3s form two circles inside the large box. everything else is (mostly diagonal) lines radiating outward, including the "heart".
