The 5s start in c1 along with a dot in r1 and r20.
c2 - r2 r19
c3 - r1 r20
c4 - r2 r19
The other half is symmetrical. Draw a diamond around the 2 in c15 and join that up to the 16 to look like a christmas tree on its side.
