Too many guessing!

I only had to guess a little bit, but it was obvious guessing. Great puzzle~.

Only had to do a little bit of easy guessing right at the end-nice puzzle.

Once I got to all the "1's" I couldn't complete it. Any hints!?!? I would really LOVE to finish this one! Thanks! ~:)

HINT:

From 15/4 you go straight down-left to 1/17 with a bit of break when you reach the '2' in 1/16 (c/r).
