  • Pretty much solved this after looking up the symbol on Google and even then it was guesswork a lot of the time.

  • Absolutely absurd. The whole spirit behind Hanjie is that they are solvable using logic alone. If a Hanjie requires the slightest modicum of guesswork, it's a bad puzzle no matter how nice it looks afterwards.

    This is just utterly ridiculous.

  • I am sorry Golightly for the guesswork, but even the best hanjies (not mine obviously!) normally require guesswork. It is very hard to makea completely logical puzzle. I was unaware of the amount of guesswork involved, but of you know the character, it is easyish to solve.

  • It's impossible to get anywhere unless you already know what you're looking for. At this point, it's not really a puzzle game. You can only fill in a grand total of 8 blocks before you're left with an huge empty space and no clues - this shouldn't be a level 2 game by any stretch.

It would probably work better if you made the character white and the background black.

  • I never thought I'd get that. Took me forever. Inversing it would definitely be in your favor.

  • Even with AmyJay's hint, there are still 4 ambiguous pixels.
