That was really a hard one!

Pure guesswork. I can't find any pattern. I quit trying.

Not too difficult to guess.
Hint: diagonally symmetrical.

Using the hint in the description of the puzzle being INVERSE symmetrical it is actually completely logical until the very last straight line of 1's.

A good chunk of the puzzle can be solved using logic; however, there are still multiple possible solutions. Have to assume symmetry to solve.

Hard, but possible. It is diagonally symmetrical and inverse top/down. Have to do both at same time.
