    These are the black squares within the large shape which resembles a circle with a few bites taken out.

    R13 C13-14; R14 C12 & 15; R15 C13-14; R16 C11-12; R17 C10 & 13; R18 C9 & 12; R19 C10-11 & 13-14; R15 C11 & 13; R21 C11 & 12.

  • Center the 9s, connect them diagonally to make an octagon (double borders left and right). The 6s are in c10-15, they are the top and bottom of an octagon that has indentations on the left and right side (so you might want to draw vertical 6s in c7 and 18, then cut out parts. There's a chain of little beads from the upper right corner of the main shape. since there are MANY gallifreyan number sets online, here's the one to reference: https://gallifreyandictionary.fandom.com/wiki/Low_Gallifreyan_Number_System?file=Low_Gallifreyan_Numbers.png.
