Logic disapears for the top half.

Too many answers in the top half.

Started off ok with the bottom half. Top half nonsensical, so didn't bother with this. I appreciate your efforts, but hanjes are not about guessing or even symmetry. There are all about logic. :)

Impossible to do, had to use all my hints... It basically has a dot in the middle and has 4 kind of petals going diagonally around, hope it helps!
