Not even remotely logical. With the use of temporaries it is possible to determine where the 8 in column 1 goes but since the anomalies only occur after filling in a large number of squares it certainly cannot be considered to be logical. 2D logic is only reasonably considered to be logic if there is an immediate anomaly which can be figured out mentally without temporaries. Even if I let that slip, once you know where the 8 in column goes, it only leads to the completion of the dartboard. The dart itself is completely down to guesswork. It amazes me how people seem to use the word 'Logical' for guesswork. Having one solution does not make a hanjie logical. It simply means it has one solution. Logic means it can be completed without the need to guess.
