Yuan Huangtou (? - 559) was the son of emperor Yuan Lang of Northern Wei dynasty of China. He was forced to fly by a kite, being a prisoner of an emperor who amused himself by killing his convicts in this way. He survived the flight but did not escape, he was executed after landing, as the tradition demanded at the time.
Because the flight was not made at will, he cannot be approved as "the first man to fly." If you do not agree, start a protest movement in support of him.
